Why I started this blog?

For years, I thought I was just stressed.

The racing heart. The insomnia. The weight gain no matter what I ate. The stomach problems that made every meal feel like Russian roulette. The irregular periods that left me wondering what was wrong with my body.

 

 I tried to push through. Work harder. Sleep less. Stress more. 

Until my body said: Enough. 

 

Anxiety disorder—that's what the doctors called it. But it wasn't just in my head. It was in my heart rate, my hormones, my gut, my entire system.

 

My therapist suggested something unexpected: Look at what you're eating.

 

I started researching. And I discovered that anxiety, inflammation, hormones, and gut health are all connected. What I put on my plate wasn't just about calories—it was about survival. That's when I found the Keto Mediterranean Hybrid.
